Brief description of work/BCI services provided: BCI scope consists of a 78,295 sf mat foundation with (2) levels of columns and shear walls for the post-tensioned reinforced suspended decks. Level 3 consists of anchor bolts and hold downs for the wood framing above. (2) entry ramps poured on level 2 for access into the garage, and (1) large ramp 2 for additional parking. Miscellaneous curbs, transformer room walls, and pads were included in scope of work as well.
