Brief description of work/BCI services provided: The project consisted of a footing and mat foundation with a slab on grade above the footings. Shotcrete walls around the perimeter and interior of the project, with columns extending up to the 3rd floor. There were (2) suspended decks consisting of both rebar and post tension cables with a drive ramp going from level 1 to level 2.
